Good news for those of us plagued by spam callers: Some compensation could be in your future.

A class-action lawsuit claiming a resort marketing company violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act when it made calls saying the person being called had won a free cruise has spurred a settlement in the case.

Anyone who was — or believes they were — the victim of such a spam call between July 2009 and March 2014 can enter their phone number here to see if they qualify for a payout of up to $900. Claims must be submitted by Nov. 3, according to WMUR.
