The Upper Valley said goodbye to a landmark on Wednesday as AJ’s Steakhouse in White River Junction was torn down to make way for The Car Store’s newest Subaru dealership.

Residents took to Facebook to express their sadness at the restaurant’s demolition, recalling happy memories of laughing and eating at the establishment.
