It’s gonna have to be called the Smush-Two-Words-Together-To-Make-Your-Business-Name Shopping Center. We’ve been hearing rumors for months, and now we can say the plans to move a HomeGoods into the old Shaws are true — PLUS three other businesses, including a PetSmart.
That means that PetSmart has abandoned its former plans to build a new store next to JCPenney.

The development company that oversees the Upper Valley Plaza in West Lebanon, N.H., has plans to subdivide the vacant Shaws supermarket building to hold four tenants, including PetSmart and HomeGoods stores.
