Of note: In the Twin States, neither New Hampshire nor Vermont have laws for single-occupant gender-neutral bathrooms, and New Hampshire does not have any laws protecting young people from conversion therapy, nor does it have explicit bans on excluding transgender people from receiving health insurance coverage.
