During the small earthquake that hit the White River Junction/Quechee area last night and sent rumbles throughout the Upper Valley, there were a few themes among the prevailing reactions.
- Longtime Upper Valley residents were like, “winter!” and thought their furnaces exploded or snow was falling off their roof.
- Dogs were having certified freak-outs.
- California transplants were … unimpressed.
