Her home — which she and her ex-husband built by hand — was destroyed by a fast-moving fire Wednesday night. Benjamin beat lung cancer in 2012 and went into partial remission from brain cancer earlier this year. “I said, ‘Oh my God, maybe 2018 will be a good year,” Benjamin said as she sat at the kitchen table of her sister’s home in Corinth. “Everything was looking up.” ➡️ More at www.vnews.com.
