A pretty straightforward email alert from the police department in Springfield, N.H.:
There has been a loose Alpaca in town, missing from the owner since Feb. 13th. May be in the area of Fox Stand/Main St. area. Please call the Springfield Police at 603-763-3100 if seen.
So, ya know, BOLO.
p.s. Perhaps that alpaca had a little llama inspiration.
