Tuesday and Wednesday this week are forecast to be very hot and humid. These conditions can be particularly dangerous for elders. Upper Valley Ambulance is offering to make home visits to check in on the welfare of at-risk individuals during this period. This is only for folks who live in the communities covered by Upper Valley Ambulance, and there is no charge for the service. If you or a loved one can benefit from this over the next couple of days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 802-333-4043 extension 102.
Upper Valley Ambulance’s coverage area in New Hampshire is Orford and Piermont. In Vermont, it’s Bradford, Corinth, Fairlee, Strafford, Thetford, Vershire and West Fairlee.
