Revolution is hosting a fashion show, yaaaas

Cancel your plans for Saturday night and put on your heels, because it’s fashion’s night out in WRJ!

Kim Souza’s clothing shop Revolution is putting on a fall fashion extravaganza this weekend, and it sounds like it’s going have something for everyone.

The shop will present “Tip Top Couture Fashion Extravaganza #26” at 9 p.m. on Saturday at the Briggs Opera House in White River Junction.  Admission is $15, doors open at 8 p.m., and coolest of all, all of the proceeds will benefit JAG Productions, which we’ve written about in the past.

Visit Revolution’s website for more deets.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year (if you enjoy thrift shopping in the White River Junction area)

That’s right, Revolution’s annual mega-sale — where there’s plenty of clearance marked down to $5 and $1, and sometimes they even pay you to take stuff away — is happening downtown today and Saturday.

Here’s some scenes from this morning, not more than 20 minutes after the sale opened, and when I found a strong contender for my wedding dress next month for five dollars:
